Question 1: - Is the $25 a one-time fee?
Answer:- Yes! It's a one-time purchase for the entire 3-month event. There are no recurring charges.

Question 2: - How do I enter the Major Draw?
Answer:- To qualify for the Major Prize Draw and a chance to win the $2,500 grand prize, you need to be a true explorer! You must visit and log a scan at 25 different participating businesses during the event. Subsequent scans at the same shop won't count towards this total, but they will still give you a chance to win an instant prize.

Question 3: - How often can I win an instant prize?
Answer:- : Every time you scan a QR code (once per day, per shop), you have a chance to win! The odds of winning a shop-specific instant prize or a Community Voucher are approximately 1 in 8.

Question 4: - What is a "Community Voucher"
Answer:- : When you scan your QR code you also have a 1 in 8 chance to win a "Community Voucher"
$5, $10 or $25 of value - this can be spent at any participating shop in the 3165 Treasure Hunt.

Question 5: - Is there a prize for referring Friends?
Answer:- : Yes! We want you to share the fun. When you purchase a Rewards Pass, you'll get a unique referral code. When a friend signs up using your code, you both get an entry into the bonus $150 Referral Prize Draw. The more friends you refer, the more entries you get!

Question 6: - Do I have to buy something to scan the QR Code?
Answer:- : No. You are welcome to visit any participating shop and scan their code to play the game for free.

Question 7: - How do I redeem my offers?
Answer:- : All your offers and prizes are stored in the app's secure digital wallet. Simply show the voucher on your phone to the staff at the corresponding business to redeem it.
